1 min read

The 14-storey affordable apartment building has officially opened its doors in Adelaide’s CBD.

As we reported here, the 75-apartment project is the result of a partnership between the State Government, the South Australian Housing Authority, Housing Choices South Australia and not-for-profit organisation, ACH Group.

The one- and two-bedroom apartments – which will be managed by Housing Choices – are designed to offer social, affordable and accessible accommodation to older people as they age, with six apartments suitable for people living with a significant disability.

New tenants have already secured 52 of the apartments, which are priced from $138,000.

In-home care will also be offered by the ACH Group to eligible residents while all tenants will receive support from Housing Choices’ community development programs and allied health services.
