Arcare Aged Care launches ‘My Extraordinary Mum’ ad campaign

The family-run Knowles Group has rolled out a new advertising campaign for its aged care brand with a touching tag aimed at attracting both new residents and staff to the operator's 53 aged care homes across Queensland, NSW, and Victoria.

The theme of the 'My extraordinary mum' campaign is that 'when it comes to aged care, your loved ones deserve the very best', with the objective of elevating the reputation of aged care as a positive experience to be enjoyed and as an appealing workplace.

The campaign has been well received, according to a spokesperson for Arcare Aged Care.

The campaign was developed with Melbourne-based creative Bundy Agency, which also worked on Arcare Aged Care's Threads campaign, launched last year.

Mid-last year, Arcare also refreshed its website, with a focus on improved user experience.

The Knowles Group recently sold its home care business, BodeWell Community Care, to Regis Aged Care as it focuses its residential aged care and retirement living businesses.
