Australia's largest Not For Profit aged care provider is also now one of its Top 5 village operators with 43 retirement villages across the country.

Bolton Clarke Chief Operating Officer Retirement Living Brett Rice (pictured) said the addition of the modern, contemporary villages on the Mornington and Bellarine Peninsulas to Bolton Clarke’s Europa on Alma and recently opened Callisto Place communities established a Victorian retirement village cluster supported by connected care options.

“All four villages are located in areas of high population growth and corresponding need and are complemented by our existing residential care homes and strong Home and Community Support networks in the area,” he said.

Bolton Clarke now supports residents across 43 retirement villages and 88 residential aged care homes nationally with home and community support services across Victoria, NSW, Queensland and Western Australia.

In March, Derek McMillan’s Centennial Living agreed to operate four villages purchased by Prime Value Asset Management in November 2023 from RCA Villages for $105.3 million.

Andrew Philip has been Managing Director of RCA Villages for almost 19 years. He now operates only Point Cook in Melbourne's west.
