The urban renewal of Parkside Yeronga, 5km south of Brisbane, will feature 159 independent living apartments, a 10-suite care hub, and indoor and outdoor communal spaces.
RetireAustralia has been given development approval for the village as part of the master planned community being developed by Economic Development Queensland and will be part of a 3.1ha site alongside townhouses, apartments, the Yeronga Community Centre and over 4,000msq of open spaces.
Part of New Zealand-based Infratil, the provider said it will work with Marchese Partners | Life3A, Stantec Engineering, CUSP Landscape Architecture + Urban Design and Planning Initiatives on the project.
