The release of the one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, suites, and penthouses priced from $1,417,000 at the village in Taren Point, 18km south of Sydney’s CBD, which has introduced its own version of LDK Seniors’ Living Village Membership model and scrapped the DMF Model.
With 97% sold in Stage 7, Stage 8 has already generated strong buyer interest, said the Not For Profit.

But Won’t Be Told’ featuring residents from the Not For Profit, who are asked about the universal themes of ageism, companionship, romance, technology, current affairs and life’s little treasures.
