FDC Construction & Fitout (QLD) won the Community Accommodation for Specialist Disability, Aged Care and Nursing Homes construction title in the Gold Coast Housing & Construction Awards 2024. 

Reside Communties’ builder won for Esperance Hope Island’s Stage 1, Esprit, which opened in Hope Island, Gold Coast, in July 2023, and is sold out. FDC Construction & Fitout has just completed the second tower, Essence, which has 76 two-bedroom, two-bedroom apartments and a selection of three-bedroom penthouses. 

Reside Communities' three-year redevelopment of its Stamford Grove retirement village won the National Retirement Living Awards category for best development by a village operator with more than 500 retirement dwellings in July
