Reside Communities village community centre nabs QLD Master Builders award

A community centre in Samford Grove retirement village has won a Master Builders Brisbane award in the Commercial $5 million to $50 million category.

Completed in 2019, Samford Grove’s “The Homestead”, built by Ausmar Homes and designed by ThomsonAdsett, took out top honours in the category, which was judged across four criteria including quality of workmanship and innovation in building solutions.

The Homestead comprises 12 architecturally-designed apartments, plus amenities including cinema, gym, lap pool, hair and beauty salon, café, and library.
