A new retirement development from developer Cuzeno at Peakhurst in Sydney’s south will be complete this Spring.

Oasis Peakhurst (pictured) has been built from the ground up to not only offer residents all the mod-cons, but also with energy efficiency in mind.

Designed by architect Angelo Candalepas, the new apartment complex boasts a cinema, lounge, rooftop entertainment areas, gym, and a library, while apartments feature bathrooms with slip-resistant tiles, elevated wall ovens, emergency call buttons, and acoustic treatments to cut down on building noise.

The development features solar panels to help reduce the cost of facilities on site, and its 41 apartments have also been designed to be energy efficient, with glazed windows and a focus on natural light to help keep spaces warm and well-lit.

70% of apartments are already sold off the plan.

“Oasis Peakhurst will be an exclusive community of boutique, contemporary and smart urban residences,” said Director and Chief Executive of Cuzeno and subsidiary Retirement Your Way, George Jabbour, when the project began.
