Stewart Gull’s family-owned business has bought its first retirement village in NSW, its 12th outlet.
Country Club Living has nine villages in Victoria, two in Queensland and Marmong Waters Retirement Village at Booragul in Lake Macquarie,
Every Country Club Living aim for its over 55s village to be around 200 homes with state of the art community facilities, with some next to golf courses.
Marmong Waters features a gymnasium, indoor heated swimming pool, alfresco dining and a beautifully appointed community clubhouse which houses a cinema, billiards area, library, fully equipped catering kitchen, club bar, and much more.
Country Club Living will also be providing a bowling green, increasing community parking, a new workshop and a craft room amongst other updates.
With just over 50% built and sold of the 162 homes available, the village also has a newly built and furnished display home for new enquirers.
“Without us improving our systems and listening to our residents, we would not grow and offer the premium over 55’s lifestyle that we successfully offer today,” said Stewart.
Country Club Living has over 2,100 units and development lots, and currently has more than 2,000 residents.
