Toowoomba Regional Council has approved GemLife’s plans to expand its Queensland presence with a new land lease community, 140km west of Brisbane.
Built alongside its existing GemLife Highfields facility, the operator will build 230 homes at the site as well as a manager’s residence, sales office and a two-storey country club to act as a social hub.
GemLife now has two developments in NSW, one in Victoria and six in Queensland including Palmwoods, Pacific Paradise, Maroochy Quays, Bribie Island and the Gold Coast.
