Chief Executive Officer Byron Cannon told the sold-out audience at LEADERS SUMMIT 2025 that his business is a home care operator within a retirement village setting and invited retirement living executives to get in touch if they want to find out more.
Now he has further evidence on the success of the LDK Seniors’ Living model with the NPS scores from residents at its three retirement villages Greenway Views, The Landings and Amberfield.
With an average of +66, “the NPS was a fantastic result and our best one yet. It is a testament to the hard work our people do every day and the culture that we have worked so hard on,” Byron told The Weekly SOURCE.
