Tony Randello, the CEO of Aveo Group, has growth as a major goal as President of the Retirement Living Council (RLC). Now he has two major membership wins: Anglicare, the largest village operator in Sydney with approximately 24 big villages and led by Simon Miller (pictured left), and Uniting with close to 50 villages across the state and led by Tracey Burton (pictured right).

Randello’s target: “To grow the membership from 30% of the sector to 50%,” he told SATURDAY magazine in July.

“We’ve reached our biggest number of members on record, with enquiries continuing to flood in from across the country,” said RLC Executive Director Daniel Gannon (embedded photo).

 “Anglicare Sydney and Uniting NSW.ACT’s collective expertise in planning, care and customers will help power our agenda forward.”

 The report from global consultants Accenture, paid for by the RLC to find the positive data about the sector, is due next month (November).

“In coming months, the RLC will release important reports focused on better housing for better health outcomes, along with Home Care and planning reforms to help drive more supply and more efficiencies across industry and government,” Daniel said.
