The expanding over 55s villa complex is on the grounds of Hidden Valley Resort in Wallan, 51km from Melbourne’s CBD.
With the third stage of 23 villas, ranging from two- or three-bedroom floorplans, completed. Arcadia Group has since started on the fourth stage of La Dimora Retirement Resort.
Resort membership, an additional monthly cost ($100.33 per couple, $50.70 a single person) to the maintenance fee per month, is mandatory for all residents and provides five-day access to the Craig Parry-designed championship golf course Hidden Valley Golf and Country Club, as well as use of the indoor heated pool, gymnasium, pickle ball and tennis courts and bowling green.
