DCM Institute announces first Professional Development Day in Canberra

The event is in response to the overwhelming demand from Village Professionals in the ACT for professional development, learning and support. 

DCM Institute, the largest development program for village and community managers, will provide expert insights, practical skills, and interactive workshops all focused on the unique challenges and opportunities within the ACT region on Thursday, 5 June. 

Joining DCM Institute Executive Director James Wiltshire and DCM Institute Operations Manager, Tiffany Folbigg, will be  

  • Johnathan Chow, Special Counsel, Minter Ellison, with a legal update. 

  • DCM Institute’s famous Ask Me Anything session where Jonathan will be joined by Erik Boddeus, Executive Manager Retirement Living, Goodwin Aged Care; Karen Toohey, Discrimination, Health Services, Disability & Community Services Commissioner, ACT Human Rights Commission; and Anne Caine, Secretary, ACT Retirement Village Residents’ Association.
