Family owned Tulich Group seeks 210 “vertical retirement only village’ in Oran Park, Sydney

The development application for the group's first retirement-only village has been filed with Camden Council.

Tulich Group, which operates the award-winning retirement living and residential aged care facility The Royce in Penrith, adjacent to Panthers Penrith, and Greenhill Estate, two aged care homes in Figtree, near Wollongong, proposes a stepped building of eight to 10 storeys and a two-level, 209-space carpark, on the eastern edge of Oran Park master planned town centre, 59km southwest of Sydney's CBD.

If approved, there will be 196 independent living units with 14 assisted-living apartments plus ground-floor retail and health-related uses. The planned future Oran Park Town Centre Railway Station is 600m west of the site.

In January 2023, The Weekly SOURCE reported Tulich Family Communities sold three of its sites to BaptistCare NSW & ACT. Each location had a retirement village and aged care home.
