John Frame's 10-year CAPs vision a reality: Grandton Applecross strata opens in Perth with care beds attracting RAC residents

The former CFO for Not For Profits Bethanie and Baptistcare WA, John Frame, has achieved his first strata unit development complete with 10 private care suites. Amongst his first customers are former residents of residential aged care homes.

Grandton Applecross, is a strata title 80 apartment building. Private aged care group Roshana Care Group will manage the 10 care suites and other care services requested by the otherwise independent residents.

"A KPI I set when formulating the Grandton model was to enable seniors to exit a nursing home and occupy an apartment in the Grandton. We have several seniors moving out of a nursing home a few streets away into their own luxury apartment,” says John.

“Only 22% of apartments are remaining. The last two of the four sub-penthouse apartments (147msq internal living plus 44msq balcony) are now sold at $3.7 million each,” said John.

"The four penthouse apartments having sold earlier on in the building programme. Three of the 16 three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments (126msq internal living plus 40msq balcony) remain at $2.6 million. All one-bedroom one-bathroom apartments are sold.
