Karidis Retirement Villages’ Avista Glenelg in Adelaide sells 13 of 14 new units being built

Stage 3, the final part of the retirement village just off the beach, less than 12km from Adelaide’s CBD, will be ready for the residents to move in before Christmas.

Demand is hot for the two- and three-bedroom apartments which have been sold for between $750,000 and $950,000.  

Stage 3, being built by Schiavello Construction, also includes a new modern 6th floor community centre for all residents, with views to Adelaide Hills and Glenelg beach. 

In addition, eight additional homes are being built at Acacia on Lipsett in Brooklyn Park, which originally had 18 two- and three-bedroom apartments. 22 homes were added for Acacia on Lipsett in Brooklyn Park in the two two years. Residents of the final 8 homes are entering in the next few months.

The South Australian owned and operated Karidis Retirement Villages has 10 villages in Adelaide.
