Five years on from its purchase of The Landings in Sydney, LDK Seniors’ Living is proving that its private aged care model can be rolled out in existing retirement villages – to the benefit of operators, residents and staff.
Located in the prestigious suburb of North Turramurra on Sydney’s Upper North Shore, the village had 220 villas and apartments operating under a traditional DMF model. As part of the transaction, LDK converted 97% of the residents to its Village Membership Fee (VMF) model.
