Goodwin Village The Manor, just outside of Batemans Bay, has been recognised for its ongoing dedication to enhancing quality by receiving accreditation from the Australian Retirement Village Accreditation Scheme (ARVAS).
With the achievement, all Goodwin retirement villages are now ARVAS accredited.
ARVAS is co-owned by the Property Council of Australia and Aged and Community Care Providers Association and is independently operated on their behalf by Quality Innovation Performance (QIP), Australia’s Not For Profit accreditation organisation.
‘Accreditation is more than a compliance-based program, it recognises strengths and areas for improvement, which helps retirement villages to identify key quality improvement priorities. This should be commended, and QIP congratulates Goodwin Village The Manor on reaching this national benchmark,” QIP Chairman, Gary Smith, said.
ARVAS is the unified accreditation scheme for retirement community owners and operators. It is designed to be supported by the Retirement Living Code of Conduct.
