Only three apartments left in the Falls Estate 41 home development on Sydney’s Northern Beaches

The brainchild of Henroth Investments, led by John and Stanley Roth (and named after their late Rich List father Henry Roth), has been built by Richard Crookes Construction and designed by architects Marchese Partners I Life 3A.

There are 41 independent living units in nine separate buildings in 4.4ha of bushland in the valley of Oxford Falls, 20km northeast of Sydney’s CBD, and only three remain on opening. Each apartment has two car spaces.

The ongoing costs at the Falls Estate are $995 a month for a two-bedroom apartment and $1,195 for a three-bedroom apartment.

The accent is on luxury and there is an indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, reading room and residents’ lounge and bar and an off-leash area for residents’ dogs.

There is a concierge from Monday to Friday and a Lumin communications and emergency call system.
