With construction under way for Phil Usher’s latest innovative venture, the 19-storey Odyssey Chevron Island in QLD’s Gold Coast with 167 apartments, The SOURCE can reveal there has been overseas, mainly from Asia, and national interest in the eight top floor penthouses apartments, with their own private rooftop decks, and with their own concierge.
With an asking price around $7.5 million each, the sizes of the penthouses vary from 226msq up to 735msq, internal and external areas combined. They all have their own roof top gardens, and the gardens are just as big as the apartments.
The two-bedroom apartments started at $820,000 and went up to almost $1 million and all have been deposited.
“At this stage we only have about eight one-bedroom apartments left. Only one of them is facing north, all the others are facing south and have blocked views. The prices vary from $650,000 to $773,000,” said an Odyssey spokeswoman.
