The boss of the first fully developed and constructed retirement village for the rapidly growing Not For Profit says its strong reputation in its aged care operations is behind the overwhelming response to Reed Estate, in Prospect Vale on the southwestern side of Launceston.
Contracts have been taken for 60% of Stage 1 and Stage 2 and 25% of the units in Stage 3, with just 15 still on the market. When complete there will be more than 60 units.
“Our track record of delivering high-quality and compassionate care services, our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of excellence, and our genuine dedication to enhancing the lives of seniors have all contributed to the trust and respect we have earned that has lead to the excellent demand we have received for our first ever new development project in the retirement living arena,” said Mark Eagleston, Respect’s Chief of Retirement Living.
“Our team is humbled and motivated by the overwhelming response, and we are committed to upholding the expectations that come with such an enthusiastic endorsement from the community. We know that we have already commenced this process as our first residents have commenced moving in.”
