There are 95 homes in this over 50s land lease community in the retirement hot spot Hervey Bay, the coastal city in southern Queensland, with the final three-bedroom, two-bathroom homes selling from around $700,000. 

RAW Developments and Construction said it had handed over the final homes for the community, 

"Whilst we have seen great success at The Anchorage, our journey in Hervey Bay has just begun,” said Serenitas’ Chief Executive Officer Von Slater.

Serenitas is also nearing the completion of home sales at its Thyme Lifestyle Resort communities in Moreton Bay, Evans Head, and Mareeba.
