Stockland Halcyon Evergreen to be launched with homes from $535,000

1 min read

ASX-listed diversified property developer Stockland is about to launch its latest land lease community, which will be part of the company’s master-planned community Evergreen in Clyde, 48km southeast of Melbourne’s CBD.

“We’ve seen strong forward demand for Stockland Halcyon communities and, after an encouraging start in Victoria with Halcyon Berwick, we’re excited to move into this sector at pace across the state,” said a Stockland spokesperson.

“More people are seeking the benefits that a lifestyle community designed for over 50s offers. Our Halcyon communities provide a range of quality recreational facilities.

“Additionally, Halcyon Evergreen is connected to our master planned community Evergreen, so there is convenient access to a town centre, sports reserve, and local parks. It means homeowners enjoy tranquil living, while still having these amenities at their doorstep.”

Earthworks are already underway, and upon completion Stockland Halcyon Evergreen will have around 295 homes across approximately 13.5ha. The first release of homes is now selling, priced from $535,000.

Earthworks are also taking place for Stockland Halcyon Horizon in Armstrong Creek, in the city of Geelong, which is one of three other land lease communities expected to launch to market this year. It will have a total of 234 homes.

The two other Stockland Halcyon communities in Victoria which are expected to launch to market in FY24, include Highlands in Craigieburn, in Melbourne’s north, and Stockland Halcyon Jardin1 in Clyde North.
