The Links Southwest Rocks, on the NSW Mid North Coast, is owned and operated by the family-run, privately-owned Sea Spirit Lifestyle Communities.
It currently has built 95 homes and has 170 residents.
“Even with the economic changes we are facing, homes are still selling quite fast with an average of three per month,” said Sea Spirit Lifestyle Communities Marketing Manager Jesse Rodrigues.
“It takes us roughly 14-16 weeks to build a home. We are currently selling stage 5 & 6 with a total of 12 stages.
“The Links is landlocked at 199 homes and will never expand further. This guarantee is a huge selling point for clients wanting to find something that will not be overpopulated, taking away the tranquil charm of the resort.”
The Links is Sea Spirit Lifestyle Communities’ first over 55’s lifestyle resort, operating as a land lease community.
“We first started this project in 2018 and envisage 2025 will be our completion year. After many years of watching the lifestyle resort space, we were fortunate enough to find this parcel of land, and start The Links,” Jesse said.
“We wanted to create a product that looked exactly like a slab-on-the-ground home, which is luxurious and timeless. We believe we accomplished that, as we can see many of the newer sites popping up around Australia are luxurious like our resort.
“It has been a journey, to say the least …. there is still, a marathon left to run.”
