One of the Capricorn Coast’s largest residential land developers says it is partnering with a proven developer and operator of land lease communities in the project on 28ha of land at Taroomball, across from Keppel Development's Sea Haven Estate (residential).
The two-bedroom gated lifestyle estate, with lots ranging from 200sqm to 260sqm, will cover 15.51ha, 54% of the site. The homes will have a single or double garage, the development application submitted to Livingstone Shire Council states.
"The full extent of the community facilities is yet to be determined but may include a club house with bar and dining options, function room, men’s shed, swimming pool, gym, lawn bowls, library, caravan storage, etc,” Keppel Developments stated.
The site has previous approval from 2021 for up to 47 residential lots.
Another gated land lease community has been approved for Taroomball: 291 homes on a 24ha site.
