With more than 60 people living in over 50 completed homes, the $45 million Springs Country Club is taking shape at the opulent resort which already has the sector salivating.
“No operator has been bold enough to present such an opulent, stylish and facility-laden lifestyle offering in Australian over-50s resort communities before now,” said the company founded over 47 years ago by Walter Elliott and headed by his son Scott.
Mick Munro, Construction Manager, Palm Lake Works, said “the Springs Country Club is, by far, the biggest and most exclusive community facility we’ve ever built at any of our 27 Palm Lake Resorts across Australia [...] It’s projects like these that make me want to come to work – it’s what makes me jump out of bed in the mornings.”
At 11,200msq, The Springs Country Club will feature five exclusive precincts to cover every homeowner’s lifestyle needs. The first of these precincts, a wellness precinct called ‘Mirador’, will be completed by Christmas this year.
Construction of homes at Palm Lake Resort Pelican Waters began in December 2022 and it will take around five years to complete all homes.
