A first for Ingenia Lifestyle in its new $4M community facility in Hervey Bay QLD resort

Ingenia Communities Development Manager John Bolton said the new facilities are being developed in direct response to resident feedback.

“We’ve designed this community to provide an over 50’s luxury resort-style offering for our current 403 residents, with the Hangar complementing their Hervey Bay lifestyle,” he said.

In a first for Ingenia Lifestyle, The Hangar includes a microbrewery together with caravan washdown and community workshop, dog wash area, boat storage, BBQ Smoker and terrace.

“The community already features a luxurious resident clubhouse – The Eagle Nest – though we really wanted to expand the amenities on offer at Hervey Bay, and we’re very excited to announce the beginning of work on this development.”

In August, Ingenia Communities said Ingenia Lifestyle Hervey Bay was one of 14 sites being developed with the capacity for an additional total of 1,915 sites. It also boasts an external magnesium pool, four rink bowls green, media room, gym and sports bar.
