The remaining homes are selling at the rate of one every two weeks.

With residents aged in their fifties to two people, aged in their nineties, Ardency Kennedy Place is a resort-style facility with a full-time concierge, a cafe and provedore, rooftop vegetable and herb garden, and a Wellness Centre with indoor heated swimming pool, gym, yoga and pilates studio.
Service fees range from $800 to $1200 a month, depending on size of apartment.
