Manuel Lang, AVID General Manager Land Lease Communities, said the 300-home land lease community will welcome its first residents in early 2025. It will be built out over six years. 

All homes in Vantage Hervey Bay have been designed and will be built by the developer’s award-winning in-house builder, Villaworld Homes by AVID.
