Gordon Eacott and Hilton Grugeon’s AM private venture is preparing to build its second village, another 94 homes next to his first retirement village in the small rural locality within the City of Maitland, about 132 km from Sydney.
The remaining 30 homes at Berry Park Village are under construction and Village Manager Katie Ambrose is hopeful everyone will have moved in by Christmas. Home prices for Berry Park Village have ranged from $495,000 to $750,000.
“We have around 240 residents currently and will have over 300 residents on completion,” she said.
The second village will be Berry Park Gatehouse and will be slightly different with lower prices.
“We also have further projects in the pipeline,” she said.
“The amenities at Berry Park Village have grown substantially during development.”
