32 one-bedroom units and 18 two-bedroom units, with sizes ranging from 47sqm to 77sqm, in a three-storey complex are proposed between the recently opened aged care facility and community housing buildings.
"A Development Application is currently out for community comment with the Shire of Capel. Bethanie hopes to bring much-needed affordable housing options for seniors into the region,” Bethanie Housing CEO Shane Ogilvie said.
Bethanie rebuilt its aged care home in Dalyellup, which is 11km south-southwest of Bunbury, last year.
