Carrington Care complete 20-home Kent Terraces in Sydney’s southwest

1 min read

Chairman Alek Jankowski and CEO Raad Richards are doing an exceptional job at the Not For Profit in Sydney's southwest.

The latest addition to its site in Grasmere, 65km from Sydney's CBD, is Kent Terraces, 20 generously sized apartments, in two- and three- bedroom options, with luxury finishes throughout, ensuite and bathroom in each apartment and balconies with gorgeous views. The two-bedroom apartments start at $750,000, with the three-bedroom from $920,000.

"We have now achieved the occupancy certificate and we are ready for welcoming our new residents very early in the new year, 2024," Raad said.

"My sincere thanks to Richard Crookes Construction, Impact Project Management Group, the Carrington Team and all the other partners that were involved in this project."

Raad recently presented Martin Patience, General Manager Aged Care at Richard Crookes Construction, with a certificate to mark their relationship.

Carrington Care delivered a consolidated Net Profit of $6.3 million before interest and depreciation for the year ending 2021/2022, when it increased revenue to $47.2 million (2021: $45m).

After Kent Terraces, it plans to expand its assisted living facilities. The success of its Riverview Assisted Living Apartments (41 units and 80% occupied in its 2021/22 Annual Report) means Carrington Care will plan Woodland Assisted Living Apartments to be constructed around the Mary Mackillop Facility precinct.
