Richard Crookes Construction has begun the works for the 24 three-bedroom apartments in March 2025, which was approved in April 2022. 

It is the second retirement village on the site of Allambie Heights Village, a Community Not For Profit co-located operator. 

The Allambie Heights Village opened in 1966 followed by a residential aged care facility Martin Luther Hostel in 1996.
