Clifton Yamba on NSW Far North Coast has sold 50% of homes in Stage 7

Kenny Phillips and Richard Volpe's second lifestyle resort for over 55s has launched the seventh stage of the development.

More than 50% of the homes, priced from $550,000 to $720,000, were secured by members of Clifton Lifestyle's Early Access Club, which is a fully refundable deposit of $1,000. With the homes being close to the resort's facilities, it is likely the people who lodge a deposit wanted the position of Stage 7.

Cliton Lifestyle, which is the developer, owner, and operator, expects to have the homes set for completion between September and November this year.

Its first lifestyle resort for over 55s, the 129-home Clifton Old Bar, on the NSW Mid North Coast, was named the Land Lease Living, Caravan & Camping and Manufactured Housing Industry Association of NSW's Land Lease Community of the Year in 2023.
