With VIA Architects and marketing, selling and operating business One Fell Swoop, Orion President Sean Li’s first high-end venture into the Over 55s space is promising “a retirement opportunity for a lucky few in the heart of Ringwood”.

Dux Churchill will consist of 57 two- and three-bedroom apartments, from $739,000, with “outstanding shared spaces, purpose-built for active retirees”. Rob Macpherson, One Fell Swoop’s Retirement Living National Sales Director, told The Weekly SOURCE "It is a boutique community, just a stone’s throw from Eastland (Shopping Centre) and will provide a fabulous lifestyle for its future residents. Ringwood (25km east of Melbourne) is undergoing gentrification,” Rob said.

The Melbourne-based Orion International Group is a reputed residential, retail and mixed-use developer with completed projects in Victoria and Queensland.  It has launched Dux Living and states it “is dedicated to establishing a collection of architect-designed, sustainable, and technologically advanced communities tailored to the concept of ageing in place.”

Sean, pictured sitting centre with Director Myles Qin (seated left), launched the business in 2023 and say it has completed more than $650 million worth of development projects and have another $1 billion in the pipeline.

A display suite for Dux Churchill will be opening in the coming weeks.
