First Information Night for Retirement by Moran’s proposed $220M over 60s retirement village in Narrabeen, Sydney

Indigo by Moran, the third senior living venture by Retirement by Moran, is informing potential clients about the venture before the plans are lodged with Northern Beaches Council.

Retirement by Moran is going to redevelop the whole of the 9,234sqm site of The Wesley Mission's Wesley Taylor Village and Residential Aged Care home adjacent to the beach at Narrabeen, 23km northeast of Sydney’s CBD.

Shane Moran (pictured), the Founder and Chief Executive of Retirement by Moran, said at the opening of Sage by Moran in Cronulla, 26km south of Sydney’s CBD, in April, it would be home to 120 to 130 retirees.

“We will be holding an Information Session in November to share concepts for our new retirement living development and to give eligible, potential future residents an opportunity to contribute their own ideas and preferences for their future home,” the flyer states.

Indigo by Moran is the group’s largest venture yet, with the eight-storey Sage by Moran containing 37 two- and three-bedroom apartments, and Rose by Moran in Wahroonga, 18km northwest of Sydney’s CBD, having 33 two- and three-bedroom apartments.
