First look at Benevolent on West, Rockhampton’s first vertical village

1 min read

Benevolent Living has shown off its new retirement living building with the external scaffold coming down.

As The SOURCE reported last month, the continuum of care model being offered at Benevolent on West, is being well received by the seniors in Rockhampton, 636km northwest of Brisbane, with only one three-bedroom apartment not presold and 70% of the 40 two- and three-bedroom apartments spoken for.

“Our value proposition - which is new in the region - is our seamless entry into higher care and tailored homecare services delivered directly into our apartments. This is really driving interest with those who are pre-planning or already have pre-existing health conditions that they require care and services for.” Jamie Langdon, Marketing and Communications Manager, said.

Benevolent on West is being built by Hutchinson Builders Toowoomba, who are now working on the internal fit-out and the finishing touches on the external façade of the building with an anticipated early 2024 move in for its first residents.
