The Gold Coast-based land lease operator has gone all out in the size and breadth of community services.
With 33% of homes in Stage 1, starting at $785,000, under contract or on hold within just two weeks of launch, GemLife CEO Adrian Puljich has revealed its Country Club will have two separate sections.
“Between the two pavilion buildings, under a towering common roof of 8.5 metres at its highest point, is a spacious open area that serves as a central courtyard,” Adrian said.
“At the far end of this space will be more lush, landscaped areas, a large resort-style 1.2m deep infinity-edge outdoor pool with spa, outdoor shower, poolside and garden sunlounge areas, wonderful outdoor dining spaces, including an undercover barbecue area with pizza oven,” he said.
“The outdoor areas of the Country Club precinct front the peaceful waters of the resort’s largest lake, and residents will be able to access a private island via a bridge – giving them a perfect place to get in touch with the beauty of nature.”
“The beachside pavilion will have a large grand ballroom with dance floor and stage, a bar, a lounge area which overlooks the outdoor pool, along with a hair salon, a commercial-grade kitchen, consultation, and meeting rooms.
“The lakeside pavilion will feature floor-to-ceiling glass windows from the north and west, with a huge games room with a lounge area, virtual golf, wine room with a luxurious adjacent lounge, 10-pin bowling alley, cinema, arts studio, library, music room and more.”
When complete, all 553 homes will look out on either a lake or parkland.
