Havenwood lodge plan for more senior housing in NSW retirement mecca Port Stephens

The coastal area 200km from Sydney must rank as one of the top three retirement destinations in NSW.

A new development application has been lodged with Port Stephens Council for a five-storey building of 32 seniors independent living units, communal spaces, commercial tenancy, carparking, landscaping, infrastructure and demolition works in Anna Bay.

Anna Bay alone is home to Hometown Australia's Sea Winds and its Sunrise Port Stephens, Ingenia Lifestyles’ Latitude One, and Lifestyle Villages Anna Bay.

Four existing homes would make way for the proposed seniors living development.
