The first residents of Archer’s Run were given an exclusive behind the scenes tour of the residential development in a “hard hat tour” with Sales Manager Breanna Salkeld (pictured standing right) and shown where their chosen homes were going to be located.
Ian and Susan Stewart are going to move interstate from Victoria to be closer to their family.
“We realised very quickly that we didn’t care for the deferred management scheme that most of these communities offered which is why we liked Ingenia. My husband and I were both quite impressed with the prices in the community, they are affordable, especially with everything that will be included once the community is complete,” Susan said.
Archer’s Run is surrounded by conservation land, with an almost 360 degree outlook to bushland vegetation.
“Our third release of homes is about to be launched to our VIP Club and subsequently available to the public in late June, offering a stylish range of two- and three-bedroom homes to those interested in moving to the community,” Ingenia Communities’ Head of Development – NSW and Victoria Michael Rabey (pictured) said.
Archer’s Run will have three clubhouses. Its Vitalia Clubhouse is set to feature an onsite gym, pool, treatment rooms, steam room and spa.
