LAXALE selling overs 60 “super premium” CAPs development The Alba in Freshwater, Sydney

Eight three -bedroom, two-bathroom apartments, ranging from 225msq to 596msq, will make up The Alba, a CAPs (community apartment project), which has development approval in a residential street in the suburb, 17km northeast of Sydney’s CBD.

The developer LAXALE, which built four townhouses for the over 55s, The Green on Willandra, in Cromer, 20km northeast of Sydney’s CBD, state “Every residence boasts a private patio with an outdoor kitchen where selected residences even have a fire pit and a heated in-ground swimming pool.”

Residences benefit from 5kw solar with a three car garage equipped with EV charging and battery storage, with a central lift to provide seamless connection.
