Only 13 of 51 new apartments launched at Levande Pine Lake retirement village on Gold Coast remain for sale

Chief Executive Officer Kevin McCoy opened the new apartments in a ceremony in Elanora last Wednesday.

The new apartments - $695,000 to $765,000 (one-bedroom, one bathroom) and $775,000 to $1.2 million (two-bedroom, two bathroom) - mean the village overlooking Pine Lake will total 198 dwellings.

Levande Pine Lake Village was built in 1982 and has had a lot of capital expenditure since. A new community centre and pool was built in 2023.
