Principle Living has first of five retirement living projects 75% sold on NSW Hunter led by sector veterans

With a history in the late 90’s developing two of the highly awarded Glen Group villages, the Stevens property group has joined with Andrew Mann who built with his mother Sue, the Sue Mann Nursing and Community Care group which dominated the Central Coast for home care up to its sale. 

Now Principle Living, their first project Blueheath at The Bower is a retirement village development built within the Bower Estate, a young family orientated residential community in Medowie, Port Stephens, 181km north-northeast of Sydney’s CBD.  

The development will be in seven stages and upon completion will consists of 112 units. Stage 6 is nearing completion and Stage 7 is ready for commencement. 

Director Andrew Mann said it will start civils/constructions on The Darcy retirement village (160 units in 11 stages) and The Hermitage land lease community (301 units in 10 stages) this year and he anticipates the development application for Apperly Village, a retirement village with 174 units (47 villas and 127 apartments over three buildings) on part of Newcastle Golf Club's Course in Fern Bay in April/May.
