SA’s Leipzig Australia’s expansion of Kadina Central masterplan includes 14 retirement village homes

Construction of stage 1 of the redevelopment of Kadina CBD, the largest town on the Yorke Peninsula, 148km north of Adelaide, started on 21 November 2016. 

Now the Norwood, Adelaide-based developer of Kadina Central has been given approval by Copper Coast Council to build another 115 homes and a 14-home retirement village, comprising of six single-storey residential duplexes of up to three bedrooms, two group homes and carparking, with a 1000sqm medical centre with five tenancies, a gated community of nine specialised homes for people with disabilities, and a 112-place childcare centre.    

Construction of the houses is expected to begin in April 2025.
