Six villas left in family owned Hindmarsh’s Marigal Gardens retirement village expansion in Canberra

The family owned and operated construction, development, retirement and investment business has nearly completed building 79 new one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments across four buildings at one of its three retirement villages in Canberra, ACT.

Marigal Gardens in Kambah is an established village with 71 villas.

“There are only six apartments left of the 79 new apartments and we hope to open the extension around August or September,” said Prue Lovejoy (pictured), Head of Marketing, Retirement.

Hindmarsh also owns and operates retirement villages in Deakin and Lyons, which is Canberra’s first vertical retirement village.

“Canberrans are coming around to that slowly. It has now been accepted,” she said.

Hindmarsh is set to complete the next 79 units of their Marigol community with only 6-7 left to sell.
