Stage 1 sold out before completion of BaptistCare’s expansion of The Grange Lifestyle Village in Central West NSW

The Not For Profit has begun building 37 new independent living villas at the retirement village it bought from the Nash Brothers and operated by RSL LifeCare in February 2022.

The Grange Lifestyle Village is on 20.51 hectares and has 159 independent living villas. The site has development approval for 196 detached dwellings.

“Alongside the completion of the first lot of villas at BaptistCare The Grange this year, we’ve also completed the redevelopment of our $27millionProfile photo of Ross Morgan MCIOB brand new 80-bed aged care home at BaptistCare Caloola,” said BaptistCare Development Manager Ross Morgan (pictured).

“BaptistCare Caloola is the first home built under our new homestyle model with extensive gardens, walkways and undercover outside areas for residents to enjoy, as well as a new café, and we’re very close to being able to welcome the community to see the new home.

“These projects underpin the commitment BaptistCare has to Wagga Wagga, with a pipeline of further development in the Riverina area taking us well into 2026.”
