Stages 1, 2 and 3 nearly sold out at Sencia’s second community Green Ridge Hunter Valley

The brand Sencia, which is part of the Knowles Group, owner of aged care provider Arcare, is building a new retirement community in Huntlee Estate, North Rothbury, the NSW Hunter Valley’s first new town in 50 years.

After opening The Breeze at Point Lonsdale, on Victoria’s Bellarine Peninsula in 2019, which now houses 260 people, it welcomed its first residents to Green Ridge Hunter Valley in February.

The second stage is expected to be ready in February next year.

All 206 two- and three-bedroom villas designed by Jon Friedrich Architects have a double garage and storage available.

It recently completed the $6 million Green Ridge Pavilion building which features amenities such as heated indoor pool, outdoor spa, fully equipped gym, yoga/pilates studio, consulting suites, bar/cafe, commercial kitchen, lounge, library, cinema, billiards room, indoor dining, fully covered outdoor dining and barbecue area that all looks out over the bowling green and landscaped garden.

The villas are priced from $620,000.
