Work begins on RetireAustralia’s 30th retirement village in Yeronga, Brisbane, with care hub

Arcadia Retirement Living with 159 independent living apartments and a 10-suite care hub is located in Economic Development Queensland’s Yeronga Priority Development Area.

CEO Dr Brett Robinson recently opened its first Care Hub at The Verge at Burleigh on the Gold Coast in May; this will be RetireAustralia’s second Care Hub.

Now Hutchinson Builders have begun building the Marchese Partners | Life3A designed project.

The 3.1ha Yeronga Priority Development Area will turn the former TAFE site into an intergenerational community, with Arcadia Retirement Living co-located with townhouses by JGL Properties Pty Ltd, apartments by Brisbane Housing Corporation, and the recently completed Yeronga Community Centre, and over 4000msq of open spaces.
