More than 60 new units, each comprising two- and three-bedroom freestanding villas, will represent Respect’s first fully developed and constructed retirement village for the rapidly growing Not For Profit.
Reed Estate, which will be officially opened on 5 August, is in Prospect Vale on the southwestern side of Launceston.
Mark Eagleston (pictured), Respect’s Chief of Retirement Living, said the development is one of the most exciting projects he has been involved in during his 16 years in the retirement living industry.
Respect has grown to 21 aged care homes across Tasmania, Victoria, and New South Wales. Respect also has home care services in multiple states, and more than 700 units in different retirement villages and independent living communities.
